Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Women with HIV who receive care at either study clinic
- \>2 weeks to \<4 months since ART initiation
- History of sexual trauma
- Meets criteria for traumatic stress
- Xhosa speaking
Exclusion
- \- High suicide risk
