Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Women with HIV who receive care at either study clinic
  • \>2 weeks to \<4 months since ART initiation
  • History of sexual trauma
  • Meets criteria for traumatic stress
  • Xhosa speaking

Exclusion

  • \- High suicide risk
