Inclusion
- Veteran
- Recent Emergency Room care
- Screen positive for elevated suicide risk
Exclusion
- Severe cognitive impairment
- Lack decisional capacity
- Unable to provide informed consent
- Lack reliable phone access
- Admitted to the hospital
