Inclusion
- \- Patients undergoing VATS lobectomy for non-small cell lung cancer
Exclusion
- Incomplete data for risk score calculation
- Tumor size \>5 cm
- Follow-up \<3 months
- Patients undergoing neoadjuvant treatment
- Patients undergoing extended resection
