Inclusion
- Inclusion Criteria:
- Significant post-traumatic stress symptoms (PCL-5 ≥ 23) OR
- Some post-traumatic stress symptoms (PCL-5 ≥ 10) with at least mild depressive symptoms (PHQ-9 ≥ 5) and/or subclinical insomnia symptoms (ISI ≥ 8).
