Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • \- healthy individuals;

Exclusion

  • musculoskeletal injury in the last three months;
  • cardiovascular diseases;
  • use of anabolic, anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs 72 hours before the evaluations;
  • use of alcohol and illicit drugs during the collection period;
