Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- at least 18 years old;
- comprehending Lithuanian language;
- access to internet;
- high levels of stress.
Exclusion
- acute psychiatric crisis;
- high suicide risk;
- interpersonal violence;
- alcohol / drug addiction.
