Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Present written declaration of consent
  • Healty or diagnosed with depression
  • BMI between 17 and 40

Exclusion

  • Insufficient linguistic communication
  • Pregnancy or lactation
  • Gluten, histamine or wheat seedling intolerance
  • Drug abuse or alcohol dependency
  • Current spermidine substitution
