Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- pregnancy maximum 15 gestational weeks
- BMI \>25
- finnish language
Exclusion
- women who don´t have smart device
- severe mental illness (such as schizophrenia)
- diabetes mellitus type 1
- limitation of motility
