- To fill a medical history and informed consent to participate.
- Must be able to eat meat and chicken.
Exclusion
- Diagnosticated of any chronic, metabolic, endocrine or nutrition related-disease.
- To be vegetarian or vegan
- To be under age (\<18 years)
