Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Singleton pregnancies attending the first trimester Down syndrome screening at the University Hospital of Modena, in the North of Italy (tertiary Hospital).
Exclusion
- Twin pregnancies
- Pregnancies with major fetal abnormalities
