Inclusion
- Patients with a previous R-Y reconstruction
- Clinical and radiological diagnosis of biliary obstruction
Exclusion
- Coagulopathy (International normalized ratio \>1.5, platelet count \<50,000)
- Peritoneal carcinomatosis.
