Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Both Genders
- Age between 30 to 50 years
- Unilateral Radiculopathy
- Limited SLR (Less than 60 degree)
- Pain on Numeric Pain Rating Scale \< 7
- BMI ≤ 30
Exclusion
- Severe paraspinal Muscle Spasm
- Acute prolapse intervertebral disc
- Bilateral Positive SLR
- Osteoporotic
- H/O Spinal Fracture
