Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Surgical trainees (residents and clinical fellows) at Bundang Seoul National University Hospital, who is 20 years of age or older, regardless of sex or race.
Exclusion
- Subjects who do not consent to the study
- Subjects with meditation experience
