Inclusion
- Inclusion Criteria:
- MRI of lumbar spine showing lumbar disc bulge
- Localized and radiating pain more than 5 on NPRS
- Exclusion Criteria
- Lumbar spondylolisthesis
- Spinal stenosis
- Fracture of lumbar spine
- Spinal tumor
- Ankylosing spondylitis
- Patients taking blood thinner medication
