Inclusion
- Have a diagnosis of diabetes mellitus.
- Currently smoking tobacco.
- Speak English and/or Malay.
Exclusion
- Do not have diabetes mellitus.
- Do not smoke tobacco or ex-smokers. do not speak English or Malay
