Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Ages 18 to 50 years
  • Ability to read and write English
  • Owned a mobile device that could download applications from the App Store or Google Play

Exclusion

  • Previously used the movr app
  • Had any contraindications to exercise based on the Get Active Questionnaire
