Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Clinical diagnosis of ASD defined by the DSM-IV confirmed by ADI-R or ADOS
- At least one biological parent
- Parents are both Han Chinese in Taiwan
Exclusion
- Schizophrenia
- Schizoaffective disorder
- Organic psychosis.
