Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age 18 or older
- Self-reported daily smoking
- Having a valid home mailing address
- English speaking
- Access to a smart phone with video capability and internet
- Expressed desire to quit smoking
Exclusion
- Currently participating in any tobacco cessation programs
