Inclusion
- Inclusion Criteria for obstructive azoospermia group:
- infertility
- diagnosis of obstructive azoospermia
- ICSI-TESE cycles
- Inclusion Criteria for non-obstructive azoospermia group:
- infertility
- diagnosis of non-obstructive azoospermia
- ICSI-TESE cycles
- Exclusion Criteria:
- Sperm donation
- Use of ejaculated sperm
- Couples who underwent pre-implantation genetic testing
