Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- • stable COPD patients
Exclusion
- patients with COPD exacerbation
- patients with decompensated heart failure
- patients with thyroid dysfunction
- ears, nose and throat (ENT) causes of OSA
- patients with impaired hepatic and renal function
