Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • large uterus ≥ 12weeks,
  • benign pathology,
  • mobile uterus
  • BMI less than 30kg/m2

Exclusion

  • unfit for laparoscopy,
  • Extensive pelvic adhesions,
  • Extensive endometriosis
  • malignancy
  • virgin cases
