Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Any type of craniotomy whatever the cause.
- Age more than 18 Years
- Patient with no evidence of any source of infection
Exclusion
- Any evidence of infection.
- Age less than 18 years
- Previous and multiple craniotomies
- Active infection
- Craniectomy
- wound laceration over the craniotomy site.
