Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • providing primary, informal, support to family members with Alzheimer's disease or related dementia (ADRD).
  • 18 and older
  • ability to read and speak English.

Exclusion

  • Formal caregivers
  • Persons under the age of 18
  • individuals who have English fluency ratings of none or poor
