Inclusion
- adults patients presenting at the emergency dept with suspected scaphoid or wrist fracture
- monotrauma
- written informed consent
Exclusion
- patients younger than 18 yr
- pregnant women
- either vascular or neural impairment
- signs of open fracture
- multiple trauma patient
