Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • large bile duct stones (≥10 mm)

Exclusion

  • pregnancy
  • refusal of written informed consent
  • Patients with benign or malignant biliary stricture
  • Contraindications to ERCP exist
  • Complicated with acute pancreatitis or acute cholangitis
  • Coagulation dysfunction#thrombocytopenia
  • Patients after gastrointestinal reconstruction
