Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- large bile duct stones (≥10 mm)
Exclusion
- pregnancy
- refusal of written informed consent
- Patients with benign or malignant biliary stricture
- Contraindications to ERCP exist
- Complicated with acute pancreatitis or acute cholangitis
- Coagulation dysfunction#thrombocytopenia
- Patients after gastrointestinal reconstruction
