Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- omnivore diet
Exclusion
- pre-existing liver abnormalities
- pre-existing kidney abnormalities
- pre-existing neuromuscular abnormalities
- contraindications to transcranial magnetic stimulation
- consumption of dietary supplements containing creatine within 30 days prior to the start of the study
