Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • omnivore diet

Exclusion

  • pre-existing liver abnormalities
  • pre-existing kidney abnormalities
  • pre-existing neuromuscular abnormalities
  • contraindications to transcranial magnetic stimulation
  • consumption of dietary supplements containing creatine within 30 days prior to the start of the study
