Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Ischemic stroke within 24h；
- Anterior circulation occlusion confirmed by conventional angiography or magnetic resonance angiography；
Exclusion
- Pregnancy and other contraindication to MRI scan；
- Informed consent not obtained.
