Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- \>18 years
- Self-identified as AA
- Self-identified as Caucasian
- NYHA class II-IV symptoms
- Left ventricle EF \<40%
- First admission for HFrEF
- No echocardiography during initial admission
Exclusion
- Patients not meeting inclusion criteria
