Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Healthy,
- Male,
- Ages 3 months to 4 years,
- Scheduled for circumcision for various indications under GA.
Exclusion
- Patients with bleeding or clotting disorders
- Patients with hypospadias, other penile or sacral anomalies
- Patients weight \<3kg.
- Allergy to Local Anesthetic
- Infection at the site of block
- Pre-existing spinal or neurological disease
- Pain medication within the previous 48 hours
