Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Healthy,
  • Male,
  • Ages 3 months to 4 years,
  • Scheduled for circumcision for various indications under GA.

Exclusion

  • Patients with bleeding or clotting disorders
  • Patients with hypospadias, other penile or sacral anomalies
  • Patients weight \<3kg.
  • Allergy to Local Anesthetic
  • Infection at the site of block
  • Pre-existing spinal or neurological disease
  • Pain medication within the previous 48 hours
