Inclusion
- Diagnosed heart failure
- Equipped with Optilogg
- Physically inactive (screening)
Exclusion
- Does not consent to using accelerometer
- Does not consent to home-visit
- Current participation in another study relating to physical activity
- Life-expectancy less than six months
