Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • women with biopsy proven lichen sclerosus and significant symptoms based on Skindex-29 scores \>21

Exclusion

  • prior vaginal mesh or pelvic radiation
  • active genital infection
  • Current or past gynecologic malignancy
