Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- women with biopsy proven lichen sclerosus and significant symptoms based on Skindex-29 scores \>21
Exclusion
- prior vaginal mesh or pelvic radiation
- active genital infection
- Current or past gynecologic malignancy
