Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Any adult Patients with malignant obstructive jaundice will included in this study

Exclusion

  • Patients with bleeding diathesis.
  • Patients with associating comorbidities.
  • Patients with insufficient intrahepatic biliary dilatation \< 0.5 cm or with extensive tumor infiltrates.
