Inclusion
- Cranial defect patients
- Patients eligible for simultaneous craniectomy and cranioplasty.
- ASA I \& II
Exclusion
- Active infection.
- Medically compromised patients (ASA ≥3).
- Hydrocephalus/Brain Swelling
