Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- BCS at least six months post treatment completion
- More than 18 years of age
- Living in Bogotá
- Willing to attend the program and the assessments
Exclusion
- The presence of metastatic disease and other health conditions for which community physical activity was contraindicated
