Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • informed consent
  • patients with suspected food allergy or hypersensitivity
  • healthy controls with indications for endoscopic diagnostics, e.g. tumour history within the family, exclusion of gastritis

Exclusion

  • pregnant person
