Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Nulli- or multipara pregnant in first trimester
Exclusion
- Consuming an organic diet regularly
- Using medication regularly that might interfere with study adherence or - outcomes
- Diagnosed with a chronic disorder or cancer
- Having a food allergy or intolerance
