Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- PICU patients indicated for nutritional support by enteral feeding (gastric or jejunal)
Exclusion
- Enteral feeding contraindicated
- Persistent haemodynamic instability
- Informed consent not signed
- Acute pancreatitis
- Recent upper gastrointestinal surgery
- Gut perforation
- Ileus
