Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- All icu admitted covid 19 patients with positive PCR, diagnosed by CT chest and needing oxygen therapy
Exclusion
- Not requiring oxygen therapy
- Negative PCR
- Uncontrolled blood sugar or DKA
- Patients on long term steroids therapy
