Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Cervical facet joint arthrosis
- Cervical foraminal stenosis
- Cervical herniated intervertebral disc
- myofascial pain syndrome of upper back muscle
Exclusion
- Allergy to local anesthetics or contrast medium
- Pregnancy
- Prior history of cervical spine surgery
- Coagulation abnormality
