Inclusion
- \- candidates for endotracheal tube removal.
Exclusion
- Age under 18
- Pregnancy
- Patient unable or unwilling to sign informed consent
- Neuromuscular diseases
- Patient with compromised neurological state (Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) under 14/15)
