Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- 80 preterm
- ≤ 36 weeks gestational age
- \>/ = 72 hours of life
Exclusion
- Nothing per os
- Congenital anomalies.
- Suspected inborn error of metabolism.
- Prophylaxis antifungal drugs
