Inclusion
- American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status
- Scheduled for elective modified radical mastectomy
Exclusion
- Severe respiratory disease
- Renal or hepatic insufficiency
- History of preoperative psychiatric
- Preoperative hypertension
- Preoperative history of chronic pain
