Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age 18-60 years old
- Diagnosis of adhesive capsulitis or
- Diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis
Exclusion
- Age \<18 or \>60 years old
- acute injuries or recent surgeries to the knee or shoulder
