Inclusion

- Region of living Bney-Brak or Petah-tikwa
- Fine cognitive state
Exclusion
- Progressive cancer
- Dementia
- Fiddling by PEG or Enteral nutrient via Naso gastric tube
- Psychiatrics disorder
