- Chest pain ( Cardiovascular ethiology possible depends on anamnesis, physical examination and ECG )
- Higher age than 18
Exclusion
- STEMI
- Pacemaker / ICD
- Pregnancy
- Performance status 4 ( Zubrod scale )
- Informed Consent unsigned
- Prisoners
