Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus
- Being familiar with using a smartphone
- Being treated in ZGT hospital or primary care
Exclusion
- Dependence on renal replacement therapy
- Severe general diseases or mental disorders make the participation in the study impossible
- Insufficient mastery of the Dutch language
- Other CGM device than Freestyle Libre.
