Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Must have a child under the age of 24
- Must be a non-custodial parent or have shared custody
- Income below 200% poverty line
Exclusion
- Active intimate partner violence and increased risk of intimate partner violence.
