Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Patients with cancer pain
- age from 20-70 years old.
- not receiving any type of analgesia before (opioid naïve, no adjuvants).
Exclusion
- Difficult to be assessed for pain.
- Any contraindication for duloxetine or tramadol.
