Inclusion
- Able to sign informed consent
- Indication to total thyroidectomy
- No contraindication to indocyanine green administration
Exclusion
- Evidence of parathyroid disease
- Allergy to iodinated contrast
- Chronic kidney failure
- Pregnancy or lactation
