Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- yoga practitioners for more than a year
Exclusion
- respiratory pathology
- thoracic deformities
- neuromuscular diseases
- Under treatment with corticosteroids, muscle relaxants and/or barbiturates
- allergic episodes in the last 3 weeks
- thoracic or abdominal surgeries in the last 3 weeks
